Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 30 minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

* One partner must run 400m while one works

** Alternate to pick up and complete max rounds of Cindy after each run (one is always running while one is working)
