Back Squat (70%x 5, 80%x 5, 85%x 2, 90%x 3, 100%x1)

*Rest 10 minutes, then:

Front Squat (70%x 4 reps, 74%x 4 reps, 80%x 4 reps, 85%x 4 reps)
