Strength

Back Squat (65%x 8 reps, 75%x 6 reps, 85%x 4 reps, 90%x 4 reps)

Rest 5 mins before going to the front squat

Front Squat (70%x 5 reps, 80%x 4 reps, 85%x 3 reps, 90%x 3 reps)
