Warm up to 60%, then
60%x5/65%x5/70%x4/75%4/80%x3/85%x2/90%x2
Push press Work up to 90% (Use same pattern of reps from bench press)

Conditioning:
3 rounds
Good Morning
10 reps 65-75% effort
Ghd Sit up
15 reps
Ring dips
Max reps unbroken
