Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

400m Run together

100 FR Lunges 65/95

400m Run together

20 Rope Climbs

400m Run together

50 Thrusters

400 Meter run together

25 Snatches 65/95

One person works while other rests (Except for run which you do together – both people must be in before can work on movement reps.)

If no ropes available move on to another movement and then come back
